BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS Cilfig Lodge is available for a period of 6 months let or more. It is rented out as a partly furnished property. (Negotiable) although the Art Deco bedroom suite is a fixture. Monthly rent is £550. To be paid by direct debit. Two months rent is payable in advance.   LOSS OR DAMAGE Whilst we take all reasonable care, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal goods or belongings of or for accidents or injuries sustained by you or any member of your party.   CAR PARKING Tenants must take special care when parking to ensure they do not cause damage to their vehicle as well as making sure that the vehicle is properly locked and any valuable items are locked away. We cannot accept liability for damage to or theft from a tenants vehicle.   SMOKING AND PETS Cilfig Lodge is a non smoking house. We regret that pets are not allowed at the property.
