| BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS |

We normally require £ 300 - 50% of one month’s rent in advance as a deposit if you wish to forward book Cilfig lodge. This deposit is non- refundable if booking is cancelled prior to your taking possession. This deposit will ensure that we do not advertise it for rental and that it is reserved for you… |

A monthly rental of £600 (less deposit) to be paid in advance at the start of your stay. This monthly rental is to be paid by direct debit. |

| LOSS OR DAMAGE |
|
Whilst we take all reasonable care, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal goods or belongings of or for accidents or injuries sustained by you or any member of your party. |

| CAR PARKING |
|
Tenants must take special care when parking to ensure they do not cause damage to their vehicle as well as making sure that the vehicle is properly locked and any valuable items are locked away. We cannot accept liability for damage to or theft from a guest's vehicle. |

| SMOKING AND PETS |
|
Cilfig Lodge is a non smoking house. We regret that pets are not allowed at the property. |

| PAYMENT |
|
Payment of the account is by cheque, or cash. We regret that we do not accept credit cards. |
